Callings and assignments in the church are blessings. A spiritual blessing. The doer benefits more when the assignment or calling is done whole-heartedly. Last month, new sets of Visiting Teaching supervisors were called. I only rest from sending my sisters monthly Visiting Teaching Inspirational Message but i don't rest from performing my duty as a Visiting Teacher and will never do.
I am grateful for this opportunity to serve and see the hands of God in our sisters' lives. It has blessed me witness God's power performed through the faith and testimonies of other faithful, God-fearing women. A testimony that we are all daughters of our Heavenly Father and that our lives have meaning and purpose.
