Aren't we so blessed to have the Gospel where we are able to make dearfriends and aid one another in diverse and delightful ways? We havethe "errand of angels". We have the opportunity to approach someonewhom we may have never gotten to know and share testimonies thatstrengthen both their faith and our own. We are able to pullourselves out of our daily routine and focus on the others. We canpray for the dear sisters whom we teach and see blessing showered uponboth us and our teachees. We can be the ones to strengthen the feebleknees, comfort the broken heart, calm the troubled soul, and encouragethe dear enduring and determined sister; like in Mosiah 18:8-9.
Christ was the supreme example of love and service. He soughtopportunities to serve others. His ministry began in his own home andthen reached out to others. His life was a life of love and service.We serve almost all the time in our families and among our friends.We share His love as we lovingly approach and teach our sisters.President Henry B. Eyring stated it this way:"
You are called to represent the Savior. Your voice to testify becomesthe same as His voice, your hands to lift the same as His hands. . . .Your calling is to bless lives. That will be true even in the mostordinary tasks you are assigned. . . . You see, there are no smallcallings to represent the Lord" ("Rise to Your Call," Ensign, Nov.2002, 76).
